Next Generation

The Next Generation Needs More Than Influencers — They Need Role Models

Our young women are scrolling through a world full of influencers, but starving for real role models.

Filters can’t teach them character. Viral moments can’t teach them resilience. Highlight reels can’t teach them how to get back up when life knocks them down.

The next generation of young women doesn’t need more people telling them how to look. They need people showing them how to live.

They need guidance from women who walk authentically in their community — women who aren’t afraid of their past, but who lead by example because of it. Women who’ve been through the fire and can say, “I made it, and so will you.”

A role model isn’t perfect. She’s present. She’s honest about the jail cells, the faith-and-water seasons, the moments she thought she wouldn’t survive. And she’s living proof that shame doesn’t get the last word.

Our girls don’t need another brand to follow. They need a blueprint for becoming.

So let’s stop curating and start discipling. Let’s stop performing and start pouring in. Because the next generation isn’t watching for our aesthetics — they’re watching for our authenticity.

And if we lead with truth, they’ll learn to walk in theirs.
